Jennie Holden, PhD
Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Doctorate
Clinical Director and Clinical Supervisor
Dr. Holden graduated from the University of Vermont with a bachelors degree in psychology and earned her PhD at the California School of Professional Psychology. She is currently licensed as a Clinical Psychologist - Doctorate with the State of Vermont.

Dr. Holden has experience working with individuals of all ages and primarily uses a cognitive behavioral and person-centered approach to her work. She has supervised unlicensed psychotherapists for almost ten years and has extensive knowledge of ethics as well as clinical interventions and modalities.

Sam Morrigan, MS
Non-Licensed & Non-Certified Psychotherapist
Sam Morrigan earned her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University in 2023. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Columbia University in Alabama and an associates degree in Human Services from Holyoke Community College in Massachusetts.

Sam works primarily with individuals and children and has a strong background in working with domestic violence survivors and those with various traumas. She also has experience working with families and kiddos with developmental delays and special needs, as well as foster families. Most recently, she worked as a supervisor for Children’s Integrated Services (CIS) Early Intervention. Sam's theoretical orientation lies within the client-centered, humanistic, and feministic theories. She also has experience as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community
A little about Sam:
I am originally from Western Massachusetts but resided in Tennessee for the last decade. I moved to the Northeast Kingdom in September with my husband and 3 youngest children. I have 4 children total ages 22, 11, 9, and 5. We have 5 cats, 1 dog and 4 guinea pigs. I used to foster guinea pigs in Tennessee for the Knoxville Guinea Pig Rescue. Who knew! I love going to the beach in any season and driving through the mountains. I look forward to learning more about you and walking with you on your journey of emotional wellness.

Shaylan Cunliffe, MA
Non-Licensed & Non-Certified Psychotherapist​
Shaylan (she/her) graduated from The Hartt School of Music, Dance, and Theatre with a BFA in Actor Training in 2010, which unexpectedly started her path toward graduate education in drama therapy and psychology. Shaylan received her masters degree in psychology in 2019 and is currently a candidate for her doctorate in psychology with Meridian University. Meridian University is a transformative learning program that has shaped Shaylan toward becoming a budding imaginal psychologist who embraces the healing applications of expressive arts; mindfulness; Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness; psychodynamic, transpersonal, and cognitive behavioral techniques allowing her to collaboratively build safe and equitable containers with those she supports along their paths toward wholeness.
Shaylan has experience working in community mental health through an integrated care model with individuals from adolescence through adulthood. Her compassionate, person-centered support is well suited for those navigating trauma backgrounds, loss and grief, mood disorders, relationship dynamics, identity development, personal growth, neurodivergence, and those involved in creative and performing arts. Shaylan’s dissertation examines what is beyond “conventional” diagnoses, exploring how to support the integration of altered states of consciousness and spiritual emergence through a transpersonal lens.

Andrew Juettner, M.Ed.
Non-Licensed & Non-Certified Psychotherapist​
Andrew received his BS in Psychology at College of St. Joseph. He then went on to obtain a Master of Education degree and is currently completing his PhD in Psychology. He has been working in the mental health field primarily with children and families since 1995. His work experience includes case management services for a large community mental health center, Program Director of an adolescent residential facility, and Supervisor of Clinical Staff for a short term stabilization program in NH. He has experience in individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy and training development and delivery for staff.

Andrew is a rostered, non-licensed noncertified psychotherapist in the state of Vermont. In his practice he makes use of positive psychology, emotional intelligence traits, and emotion regulation. Additionally, he works with care-givers providing psychoeducation to foster conscious parenting through a trauma informed lens.

Zelorie Lowrey, MSW
Non-Licensed & Non-Certified Psychotherapist​
Zelorie graduated from The University of Massachusetts Global in 2021 with a masters degree in social work. She also holds undergraduate degrees in sociology and behavioral science. Zelorie is currently working towards clinical licensure.

Prior to joining Vitality Associates, Zelorie spent eight years working in California serving at-risk foster youth with mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs. During her time working with these youth she was able to gain firsthand experience in working with children suffering through residual trauma following neglect, physical, emotional, and sexual abuse. In addition, Zelorie is adept in crisis management and intervention, such as self-harm, suicidal ideation, physical aggression, and sexualized behaviors.

Zelorie utilizes an eclectic, client-centered approach to help guide her practice. She hopes to help engage children and families to enhance their capacity for self-awareness, self-regulation and increase overall emotional intelligence and improve family functioning.

Kelley Scholfield, MA

Kelley graduated from Johnson State College in 2016 with her BA in Wellness and Alternative Medicine and received her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2024. She has experience working with adolescents and adults with a range of concerns from depression, grief, anxiety, body image issues, and life-transition struggles.
Her journey into mental health counseling began with a passion for understanding the intricacies of trauma and its impact on individuals. Kelley practices from a person-centered, humanistic lens and is committed to creating a therapeutic space that honors the uniqueness of each individual. She is LGBTQ+ and HAES (Health at Every Size) friendly.
Her holistic method of mental health counseling is rooted in the understanding that well-being is interconnected with various aspects of an individual’s life. Angel Mason, MA

Angel received an Associates degree in Human Services in 2014 from the Community College of Vermont and continued her education immediately after at Northern Vermont University obtaining her Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2021. During her internship for her undergraduate degree she found her path and transitioned into a dual Masters degree program at Northern Vermont University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addictions. She received her masters in Clinical Mental Health from Vermont State University.
Angel provides individual counseling to children and adults with a specialty in those involved with the Vermont Department of Children and Families. Angel also serves as a rotating chair of the Child Youth and Families Advisory Counsel as one of her several charitable and volunteer positions in the community.
Angel has over 10 years experience working in community mental health settings,
public school systems, Veteran services, and Drug and Alcohol residential and
outpatient settings. Angel uses her experiences in her past employment, her current

Chelsea Faure, MS

Chelsea Faure, MS, is a non-licensed & non-certified psychotherapist for the state of Vermont. She received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Norwich University in 2019 and her master's in clinical mental health counseling with a specialization in addiction from Walden University in November 2024. Chelsea Faure has a background in health care and mental health. She has experience working with patients individually and in small groups through the University of Vermont Medical Center (UVMMC) on both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and medical units. Chelsea also has experience working in group homes and other residential facilities. Chelsea completed her internship here at Vitality Associates and Training LLC and has been providing individual therapy to clients since February 2024.
Chelsea practices from a person-centered orientation using cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Motivational interviewing (MI) and narrative therapy. Chelsea currently works with adults and children ages ten and older.

Stephanie Nicheporuck, MA

Stephanie Nicheporuck is currently a pre-licensed psychotherapist for the state of Vermont. She received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Felician University and her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling from Vermont State University.

She describes herself as an existentialist practicing person-centered therapy. She states, “I strongly believe we are the creators of our own stories, and through our therapeutic work together we help a client develop a better understanding of themselves.” Between the existential view that we can choose our path and find our own purpose in life, and narrative therapy utilizing storytelling to develop a client’s view of themselves, their experiences and how they desire to change their future, clients work with her to discover the ways in which they can find the power to heal within themselves. She believes that an individual’s experiences are critical in shaping who they are and who they may become and works towards creating space for clients to explore those connections.

Julia (Julez) Burgess, MA

Julia A. Burgess (Julez) is a postgraduate, prelicensed counselor with Vitality Counseling and Training in Barre, VT. Julez received her MA in Clinical Mental Health
Counseling from Vermont State University, Johnson in 2025. She has experience as a behavior interventionist, residential counselor, and in crisis mental health. Julez
also has experience working with older adult clients. A major focus of Julez’s work is related to management and support around anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma.

Jennifer Jones, BFA

Jennifer Jones is currently a non-licensed clinical intern in the state of Vermont. She is working towards her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Vermont State University. Jennifer has also trained at the Vancouver School of Narrative
Therapy.

Jennifer’s therapy practice is respectful and collaborative, and rooted in trust that each person can get in touch with the skills and strengths they need to face the challenges that each life contains. By giving careful attention to what people hold dear, she works alongside them to create anchors connecting them to their preferred ways of being. She incorporates aspects of mindfulness and somatic work, as well as drawing on her lifelong experience in the expressive arts. Jennifer invites both deep

Kristina Snook, MA

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ithaca College, teaching certification from Mansfield University and a Master’s in Art Education from Art of Education University. She is currently completing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Vermont State University. Kristina has worked in many roles with children in public and private school settings for over 20 years as an Art Teacher, Behavior Specialist, School Counselor, Social Emotional Learning Teacher and with students on IEPs. She is an LGBTQ ally and has an understanding of children experiencing anxiety, trauma, loss, self esteem issues, separation and divorce, and difficulty in school.
Kristina specializes in working with 3 year olds to 11 year olds. Her therapeutic compass is Child-Centered and uses both play therapy and art therapy to work with children. Together, we enhance the unique and innate strengths of the child through their healing journey.

Jessica Goodlin, MA

Jessica graduated from Shenandoah University in 1998 with a BFA in music-theater. She also studied performing arts in NYC and received a certificate of graduation from The American Music and Dramatic Academy in Manhattan, NY. She writes children's songs and is involved extensively in the theater and music scene here in Vermont. She received her masters degree in clinical mental health counseling in 2010 from Plymouth State University, in NH. She moved to Vermont in 2018 and has worked for six and a half years in Vermont schools with children as an assistant teacher and paraprofessional.
Jessica worked in community mental health with adults for four and a half years in NH between 2011 and 2015. She has experience working with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, bi-polar disorder, schizophrenia, and those diagnosed with autism. She has a gentle, person centered, and humanistic approach to her work. She believes in the power of play, and expressive arts, combined with cognitive behavioral therapy for fostering personal growth, self discovery, goal setting, and healing.
